Julie Piepho, AMP, CMB, is a member of the CMLA Board of Governors and served as their chairperson. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and holds the prestigious Master Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the MBA. Julie has over four decades of experience in the mortgage industry including executive positions with Cornerstone Mortgage, Norwest Mortgage and Wells Fargo Mortgage, along with managing several Colorado and Wyoming mortgage bank divisions while coaching and leading sales and operations teams. She is currently the owner of Milestone Leadership Consulting, which coaches companies and individuals to reach levels of unprecedented levels of success.
Sharyn Torrisi-Cartwright
Vice President, People and Culture for Pulte Mortgage
Sharyn Torrisi-Cartwright is the Vice President of People and Culture for Pulte Mortgage. She has been employed with Pulte for 20 years. In her role, she is responsible for leading her team, supporting all aspects of HR and the business, including talent acquisition, performance management, organizational planning and development, employee relations and compensation. Sharyn led the process to create a core set of values, “Ignite the Spark” for Pulte Mortgage and is involved in the company strategy around New Ways to Work. She is also a certified StrengthsFinder coach and is committed to driving success through the strengths within her organization.
