REFUND POLICY (EVENT REGISTRATIONS)

Refunds will not be available within 5 business days prior to the event date.  Refunds requested before the deadline may be available at the discretion of CMLA.  This policy may be superseded by individual event contractual attendance guarantees.  Refunds are subject to a 4.5% processing fee plus an additional $2 administrative fee.  Please contact the CMLA office for additional details.

RECRUITING POLICY

Solicitation and/or distribution of employment opportunities, including net branch/net compensation plans, is prohibited. The penalty for non-compliance with this policy is immediate expulsion from the event without a refund of fees paid to CMLA related to the event.
