Mortgage Leadership Program (MLP)

The Mortgage Leadership Program (MLP) is dedicated to growing influential leaders through networking, industry knowledge and growth, community service and CMLA involvement.

"The entire program was a huge success. The opportunities that were presented to us from meeting with top notch mortgage industry locals as well as the exposure we had to events like the CMLA/CBA Breakfast meeting, Capital Day and various CMLA  committee meetings was incredibly informative and enlightening.  Each meeting focused around a different part of the business so that I was able to get a very well rounded idea on what the industry is currently experiencing.  I expressed to my management team that the best thing about this program was seeing what actually goes on in our industry outside the four walls of our building.  And, I even gave a presentation to our management team shortly after we attended Capital Day and the DRE Board meeting at DORA because I felt there are so many interesting things to share."
