"My experience with the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association’s Mortgage Leadership Program was one of the most encouraging experiences of my career. When I describe this program to others, I use the term “mini-masters in mortgages” because this is a program that strives to give participants an eight-month education in multiple aspects of the mortgage industry: origination, compliance, underwriting, and even secondary markets. It is a great opportunity for individuals to be cross-trained in other facets of the industry, all the while creating valuable business partnerships and lasting friendships. No matter your role in the industry, from beginner mortgage loan originator/processor to seasoned operations manager, this program will be a huge benefit to your career path!" - Mathew Schulz, CML
