Friday, January 5, 2018 – Exhibitor and Sponsor Early Bird Deadline

Wednesday, March 14, 2018 – Freeman starts accepting shipments on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 and the final shipping deadline is Thursday, April 4, 2018. Sports Authority Field at Mile High does not accept shipments. All materials must be shipped through Freeman.

Wednesday, March 21, 2018 – Freeman Discount Price Deadline. Freeman will provide exhibitor support services for the Lenders Expo. Review the exhibitor guide for booth and venue details.

Wednesday, March 21, 2018 – Hotel Room Reservations Deadline

HOTEL PARKING

For your convenience, Hyatt Regency Denver offers both valet and self-parking options based upon availability. Underground, covered self-parking is located off 14th and Welton Streets. The parking office for vehicle departure is adjacent to the parking elevators on the lobby floor.

Parking Fees:

  • Self-parking: $35 for 5+ hours and overnight per night until 12:30pm on departure day
  • Valet parking: $49 for 6+ hours and overnight per night until 12:30pm on departure day
  • Late checkout fees for vehicles parked past 12:30pm on scheduled departure day may apply

Friday, March 23, 2018 at 5pm MST – Expo printed program guide deadline for sponsors and exhibitors. Exhibit spaces purchased after Friday, March 23, 2018 at 5pm MST will not be included in the printed program guide.

Wednesday, April 4, 2018 – Deadline for Freeman shipping. Sports Authority Field at Mile High does not accept shipments. All must be shipped through Freeman.

Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 5pm MST – Deadline for exhibitor staff name changes and submissions. Unused remaining passes cannot be redeemed on the day of the event.

Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 5pm MST – Deadline to register for expo online, sponsor, and purchase exhibit space. Exhibit booths purchased after Friday, March 23, 2018 at 5pm MST will not be included in the printed program guide.

Freeman staff will assist with unloading, carting materials, and directing exhibitors to the exhibit area. Exhibitors may not set-up the night before while Freeman is setting up the Expo Hall.

CHECK-IN

Exhibitors working the booth must check-in at the CMLA registration desk to pick up their name badges.

Exhibitor check-in opens at 9:00am and the registration desk is located by Entrance Gate 2.

Exhibitor staff passes must be redeemed by the registration deadline. Any remaining unused passes cannot be redeemed on the day of the event.

Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 4th at 5:00pm MST.

Walk-ins are welcome, but registering online before the deadline will make check-in quicker by avoiding long lines on the day of the event! Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 4th at 5:00pm MST.

We accept cash, card, and checks. Paying with CASH will get you inside the event quickest!

Attendees are welcome to visit the expo hall between 11:00am - 6:00pm.
