About Eric

Eric began his mortgage career July of 1995 as an originator in Beaverton, OR, soon after becoming a branch manager in Eugene, OR. Next, Eric opened a branch in Lynnwood, WA and helped open two more Seattle area branches before becoming a corporate officer in Lake Oswego, OR. After 9 years with the same company, Eric co-founded Pacific Residential Mortgage, LLC (PacRes) in 2004 based in Lake Oswego, OR.

Eric’s experience ranges from sales and origination to leadership, mentoring and coaching, compliance, technology and mortgage banking. Eric has been an active member of mortgage associations serving four years as a board member and on legislative committees. He has spoken at various conferences and was a member of the Governor’s Mortgage Lending Workgroup in Oregon from 2007-2009.

PacRes is a growing retail mortgage banking platform licensed in over 30 states.

About Dan

Dan Keller is a former college baseball coach and professor. In 2008, Dan made the move for college educator to financial educator in the mortgage industry. Since then, Dan has emerged as one of the nations Top 1% Mortgage Professionals according to Scotsman Guide rankings. Dan helps first time homebuyers "fund their future" by helping them understand how a mortgage decision ties into the 6 Steps To Financial Freedom. He helps experienced home owners connect the dots with the 5 other principles of wealth creation that will contribute to retiring well-off.

Dan was an early adopter of video marketing and has leveraged video and his blog to build a credible name in the greater Seattle area as one of the top educators/influencers in the mortgage and real estate space. As a branch manager, he coaches loan officers on how to build a solid, profitable mortgage practice, leading with education, extra-effort, and giving great advice!

In his spare time, Dan is an affiliate professor at the University of Washington, Dept of Real Estate and is the head baseball coach at King's High School. He is married to Jenny Keller (16-yrs) and has a daughter Ally (14) and a son Hudson (11).
