About Genevieve

Genevieve Crumbie serves as the Operations Project Manager for Plaza Home Mortgage. In this role, she manages Plaza’s Wholesale and Correspondent eMortgage initiatives.

Prior to joining Plaza in 2015, Crumbie held a variety of roles for banks and non-bank lenders in the Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending Channels, including enterprise risk analysis, training and project management.

She began her mortgage banking career in 2003 as a Retail underwriter for IndyMac Bank.

About Mike

Mike has served in the mortgage business since 1983 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Cherry Creek Mortgage Company. He has experience as a loan originator, underwriter, and real estate broker before moving into the technology arena.

In his 25 years with Cherry Creek Mortgage he has overseen the implementation of five Loan Origination Systems. Mike’s strong mortgage business background has enabled Cherry Creek to effectively adopt new technologies.

Mike received a BBA degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. Mike and his wife Jan live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Cherry Creek Mortgage is a Colorado based Mortgage Banker founded in 1987 with operations across the nation. Our production includes Retail, wholesale, and Joint Venture partnerships.

Chief Compliance Officer, Guild Mortgage

About Lisa

As chief compliance officer, Lisa Klika is responsible for Guild Mortgage’s risk management, compliance, quality assurance and legal functions.

Her responsibilities include managing state and federal regulatory agency filings, licensing, inquiries and audits, and analyzing regulatory changes and areas of risk to ensure Guild continues its commitment to customer service while advancing new compliance standards. She directs policy, operational and corresponding technology enhancements to meet multiple regulatory requirements, including the SAFE Act, RESPA reform, the Dodd Frank Act and the CARES Act.

Ms. Klika joined Guild in 2003 as a compliance analyst. She held multiple positions with the company before she was promoted to vice president in 2007. She was named senior vice president in 2013.

Ms. Klika has been active in the mortgage industry throughout her career. She was named to the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders program in 2007 and to the California Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders program in 2009. She served on the MBA Residential Board of Governors Advisory Committee in 2010-11 and 2020 and was chair of the MBA Regulatory Compliance Committee from 2010-13. She currently serves as the chair of the MBA State Legislative and Regulatory Committee.


Ms. Klika received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and earned a M.S. in executive leadership from the University of San Diego.

About Bob

Bob Pathman serves as the Western Region Director for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., which is part of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE). Pathman currently manages an 18-state territory and travels throughout the West and Midwest supporting MERS© System Members. As Members evolve their business, he provides guidance and education regarding digital mortgage implementation and the MERS© eRegistry.

Prior to joining MERSCORP Holdings in 1999, Pathman was the Managing Partner in a distribution company based in Birmingham, Alabama. He developed sales programs for some of the nation’s leading department store chains throughout the country. Before that, Pathman was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Credit Reports, Inc. (CRI) of California, and was instrumental in the growth of CRI from a start-up company in 1978, to one of California’s largest credit reporting agencies (CRI was purchased by Fidelity National Information Services).

Pathman is active in the California Mortgage Bankers Association as well as other state associations throughout his territory, and co-chairs the Secondary Marketing Executive Committee for the California MBA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
