Charlotte Tyson is the Director of Customer Consulting for Genworth Mortgage Insurance. She joined GE/Genworth Mortgage Insurance in 1988 and completed GE’s Management Training Program. In addition to GE’s management training, Charlotte was also trained in GE’s Process Improvement Methodologies, their Change Acceleration Program and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

As Director of Customer Consulting Charlotte provides project support and practical application of process improvement tools and methodologies as a value-added service to solve business problems for Genworth Mortgage Insurance’s customers.

Areas of focus include: Quality, the reduction of defects in the Loan Origination Process, rework, redundancies, delays and costs associated with poor quality, Efficiency, speed, productivity and cost per transaction, Customer Experience, customer communication, process consistency, and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Charlotte was recognized as one of Housing Wire’s Top 50 Women of Influence in their August 2017 issue and as one of Mortgage Professional America’s 75 “ Elite Women” in the industry in 2017.
