Jeff Naimon is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley LLP, with more than 25 years of experience assisting mortgage companies, and their investors, with regulatory, enforcement, and transactional matters.
Jeff defends financial services companies, and in particular mortgage companies, facing complex examination or enforcement matters before the CFPB, DOJ, FTC, and federal and state banking regulators, with a focus on fair lending, UDAAP, loan servicing, privacy and credit reporting, debt collection, service member protections and other consumer protection issues.
