Seminar Presenter

Zach Villani
Consultant, McGhee Productivity Solutions

A young professional, Zach showed his enthusiasm early by starting his career in sales while still in college. At Fastenal, he managed and built accounts. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2014 with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

The work Zach puts into any task is evident by the confidence he displays while doing it. This, in addition to his abundant enthusiasm, quickly landed him a job at Level3 Communications, a globally recognized technology and telecommunications firm. Zach flourished here as a business developer, supporting nationwide healthcare and education sales teams, specializing in new logo generation.

Zach has always had a passion for impacting others’ lives for the better. He thrives in a culture where cultivating personal relationships are key and has a knack for organization and productivity. Joining McGhee Productivity Solutions in 2016 as a consultant was the ideal position for him. Zach’s background in the tech industry, as well as his impeccable work ethic, makes him uniquely qualified to understand his clients’ challenges and pain points as well as how to correct them. He prides himself in being a trusted partner clients can rely on and get an honest answer from. Zach is guaranteed to always walk into a meeting with a smiling face and a good attitude. Zach loves spending time in his beautiful home state, Colorado. He has a passion for sports management, especially baseball, and coaches in his spare time.
