  						In Memory of M. C. &ldquo\;Mick&rdquo\; Ive
 rson (1931-1996)\n 						\n 					\n 					\n 						
 \n 						Mick Iverson served our industry as Presi
 dent of CMLA from 1982-1983. Mick was an avid golf
 er and a longtime member of Valley Country Club wh
 o in his lifetime played many of the Scottish cour
 ses including the &ldquo\;Old Course&rdquo\; at St
 . Andrews along with most of the courses in Colora
 do and Scottsdale\, Arizona. Mick was above all\, 
 a &ldquo\;people person&rdquo\; both in the mortga
 ge banking industry and on the golf course. He enj
 oyed playing golf with folks ranging from just us 
 regular folks at CMLA to captains of industry and 
 Rock Stars. To those of us involved at CMLA he was
  affectionately known as &ldquo\;The Dean of Mortg
 age Banking&rdquo\; and was a pioneer in issuing s
 ome of the first GNMA mortgage backed securities i
 n Colorado early in his career at First Denver Mor
