Participants in the Mortgage Leadership Program: |

Gain insight into mortgage lending community

Actively involved in a community service project

Curriculum includes industry history, legislative, compliance and mortgage company analysis

Become actively Involved with one of CMLA leadership committees (education, representation, or networking)

Work within teams comprised of a variety of industry participants creating valuable business relationships

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS |
2013 Class: In-Session
-
Applicant must be an employee of a CMLA Member Company.

The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in the mortgage lending industry.
-
The applicant is required to complete the Certified Mortgage Lender (CML) Designation requirements before finishing the Mortgage Leadership Program (MLP).
-
The applicant must obtain written recommendations by a CMLA Board Member and their Company President, CEO or Branch Manager.
-
Applicants will be required to attend CMLA’s annual Convention for the class graduation.
