CMLA Membership Application

How Do I Join CMLA?

STEP 1: Determine the category and annual dues tier you or your organization fall into based on the chart below.

STEP 2: Complete the CMLA Membership Application.

STEP 3: Submit your completed application and payment to the CMLA business office by email, fax or mail.
Applicants are provided temporary access to member benefits during the application process.

STEP 4: Member applicants must be presented to CMLA's Board of Directors for approval.

STEP 5: Upon approval by the Board of Directors, members and their employees (if applicable) are given access to CMLA's education opportunities, reduced event pricing, legislative updates and special "member only" events.

Membership Pricing and Structure

Membership dues are based on the number of Colorado based employees (including principals)
and are further defined by category of business.

Mortgage Lending Companies:  Residential/Commercial Mortgage Bankers, Mortgage Brokers, Wholesale Lenders, Commercial Banks, Credit Unions and other financial mortgage institutions.  At CMLA’s discretion, dues for financial institutions (other than mortgage lending companies) operating mortgage-lending divisions may be based on the number of Colorado based employees working within the mortgage lending division.
