Debra W. Still, CMB, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Financial Services, which includes Pulte Mortgage LLC, PGP Title and PCIC Insurance and employs 700 individuals throughout the U.S. Still is also President and CEO of Pulte Mortgage, a nationwide lender headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, which has helped more than 400,000 homebuyers finance their new home purchases since 1972. Pulte Financial Services is a part of PulteGroup, America’s largest homebuilder with operations in 29 states and the District of Columbia.
Still has more than three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. She joined Pulte Mortgage in 1983 as Vice President/Branch Manager of the Maryland Division and, subsequently held that position with the Dallas/Fort Worth Division. In June 1997, she was promoted to Executive Vice President, Production, and in October of that year was appointed to the Pulte Mortgage Board of Directors and named Corporate Secretary. Still became Chief Operating Officer in 1999 and in August 2004, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2010, she was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Financial Services.
Still became Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in October 2012. She recently served MBA Chairman-Elect, MBA Vice-Chairman, Chair of MBA's Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and is a member of the association's Board of Directors. She was Chairman of the Council for Residential Mortgage Servicing for the 21st Century. As an active MBA member for more than a decade, Still has also served on MBA's Strategic Planning Committee and was Chair of the MBA Forward Task Force, as well as a member of MBA's Loan Origination Task Force, Affordable Housing Committee and Secondary and Capital Markets Committee.
Prior to joining Pulte Mortgage, Still worked in the areas of mortgage production and secondary marketing.
In 2011, Still was featured in “Influential Women of the Housing Economy” by HousingWire Magazine and was named one of “The Top Ten Women in Mortgage and Housing” by The Five Star Institute.
Still is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Science degree and has completed graduate work in Finance at George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Steve O'Connor is Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Industry Relations at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). He manages MBA's residential policy process for legislative, regulatory, and industry issues. O’Connor leads MBA’s regulatory advocacy efforts. He is also responsible for outreach to industry groups, consumer organizations, and other key stakeholders in support of MBA’s policy objectives.
O'Connor has appeared on numerous national news broadcasts and is frequently quoted in major print publications. He is a frequent guest speaker on industry issues.
O'Connor joined MBA in 1996. Previously, he worked for the National Association of Realtors, Freddie Mac, and Skyline Financial Services Corp.
O'Connor holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from Marquette University and a Master's degree in political science from American University. |

Dave Kelly

David Kelly is the President of Loan Operations for FirstBank, a wholly owned subsidiary of FirstBank Holding Company. His responsibilities include the development, implementation, and ongoing management of all loan operations processes for the company. He is responsible for managing compliance with all lending related laws, loan documentation, collateral perfection and protection, as well as the appraisal function for the company. He has developed the company’s risk management processes for commercial real estate lending and is currently developing the company’s proprietary lending platform. He is Chairman of the company’s Risk Committee. He also serves on the company’s Credit Policy Committee, Funds Management Committee, and provides Senior Management oversight to the company’s Compliance function.

David has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry at FirstBank, with over 15 years experience in compliance management. Prior to accepting his current position, David managed Compliance for FirstBank and gained experience at the subsidiary banks in the areas of operations management, branch management, consumer and commercial lending. He also served the company in the area of loan review.
Key professional contributions and education
David serves on the Board of the Colorado Bankers Association. He also serves on the CBA’s Government Affairs Committee, Legislative Review Subcommittee and is currently Chairman of the Association’s Dodd-Frank Task Force. David serves on the ABA Government Relations Council Administrative Committee and serves as Chairman of the Association’s Residential Real Estate Appraisal Subcommittee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Appraisal Foundation. He holds the designation as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. He has previously served as the commercial bank representative on the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers. He received his B.B.A. from the University of New Mexico and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin
